OFFERING YOGA CLASSES ONLINE AND IN PERSON (MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY)

These days, when you say the word 'Yoga' people immediately associate it with 'exercise on a mat'. That is just one aspect of yoga. Traditional Yoga is so much more than that! It is a complete spiritual discipline involving four paths, which helps harmonize mind and body to enable you to live to your highest potential.

 

Traditional hatha yoga, which includes asana (exercise), pranayama (breathwork), kriya (cleansing techniques) and dhyana (meditation) is a preparatory exercise to help prepare the body and mind for greater possibilities.

 

Many people are unsure if 'hatha yoga' is for them. Guess what - It is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can do yoga... so if you need someone to guide you with your practice, I can be that guide.
